Zhuhai Seine Printing Technology Co. Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as: Seine technology) was founded in 2006, is an international group company based on technology, patent as the core, covers research and development, design, production and sales, and specializes in printing industry products manufacturing and technical services. The main business involves integrated circuit development, 3D printing technology R&D and equipment manufacturing, laser printer, printing consumables R&D, production and sales, etc.
Seine technology is the only manufacturer in China that has mastered the independent core technology of direct-injection color multi-material 3D printing.
Zhuhai Pantum Electronics Co., Ltd., the holding subsidiary of the company, is the first independent core technology manufacturer of laser printers in China. Ninestar Co., Ltd. (002180), its holding subsidiary, is a global leading enterprise in the general consumables industry. In 2016, it successfully acquired 100% equity of Lexmark international (NYSE: LXK), the second largest laser printer manufacturer in the United States, with a value of 26 billion RMB, which rewrote the industrial pattern.
Since its establishment, the company has established a multi-field and multi-level platform for industry-university-research industrialization cooperation.
In 2008, we cooperated with Dalian University of Technology to set up the Zhuhai R&D center of fine chemical national key laboratory.
In 2011, the national integrated circuit public service platform, Seine science and technology innovation center, was formally established.
